Website Privacy Notice
Hines Consulting Services, a trade name of HCSRVCS LLC
This notice explains what information we collect through www.hcsrvcs.com and how we use it. It’s short because our site collects very little.
What we collect
Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name and email address (required), and your organization, the type of help you need, your timing, and your message.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to operate and secure the site.
We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.
Please don’t send passwords, access credentials, patient information, payment card data, or confidential documents through the form. None of these are needed for a first message.
How we use it
We use contact-form information only to read and respond to your inquiry, decide whether we’re a good fit, and follow up with you about it. Technical information is used only to run and protect the website.
Who else handles it
- Formspree processes the contact form. It receives your submission and forwards it to us by email.
- Microsoft Azure hosts the website.
- Our email provider delivers the inquiry messages we receive.
These providers handle information on our behalf to deliver those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the security of our systems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We don’t keep a database, mailing list, or marketing file of inquiries. We keep what you send only as long as we need it to respond to you, then delete it, unless it becomes part of a client engagement (in which case that engagement’s records terms apply) or a specific legal duty requires us to keep it. Copies held by our service providers are removed on their normal deletion cycles and are not used for any other purpose.
Your choices and requests
You can ask what information we have from your inquiry, and ask us to correct or delete it, by sending a request through the contact form. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and as the law requires. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights; send any request the same way.
Do Not Track
We don’t track visitors over time or across other websites, and we don’t permit our website service providers to use information from our site to do so. Because of this, the site doesn’t respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Children
Our site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information we receive, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
